About the programme

After personally witnessing the fatigue, pain and risk of injury my family and friends were enduring whilst playing golf, I decided to create a yoga based programme to help them improve and reduce risk of injury.

Classes are designed to help golfers of all levels and can be tailored to Golf Club’s facilities and schedule.

A little bit about me.

I’m Harriet, a qualified Yoga Teacher who is passionate about making yoga accessible and sharing its benefits with others. All my classes are designed to cater for a range of abilities, creating comfortable and supportive spaces for attendees.
