The 6 week programme is designed to help golfers of all levels:

Yoga for Golfers was built after witnessing the fatigue, pain and risk of injury golf was having across my network of family and friends.
I had a wealth of knowledge on how yoga can benefit us and I began to theme classes to focus on the core problems golfers were facing.
